M.J. Carter
Owner, Consultant, Life Coach & Agent
M.J. is the owner of MJCW, LLC. She got her start in Human Resources as a practitioner and move to leadership roles. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law and the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certifications. As the owner of M.J. the HR Guru, she equips small business owners to identify and minimize their legal risks while supporting their HR operations.
As a certified life coach, M.J. empowers women to reach their wellness, career and business goals. As the host of "Hey Coach M.J. podcast, M.J. empowers Single and Divorced moms who have a special place in her heart as a single and divorced mom herself who is all too familiar with the challenges the face and the stereotypes placed upon them.
As the owner of the M.J. Carter Agency, M.J. brings her proven track record of ethical leadership, compliance and confidentiality as a licensed life insurance broker equipping families for their future final expenses, retirement protection, and wealth building using non-traditional life insurance vehicles.
M.J. does not work alone. She is supported by sales representatives, mentors, consultants and experts in her business operations.
